Mariam is currently the Managing Director of MKGK Consulting

Mariam started her HR career since 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Ahlia University. Commenced her career being a Junior HR Consultant at Neovartis Training Center, ever since, Mariam was able to handle various projects independently and shortly handled the Assessment Centers for major clients in various industries like Airlines, Oil and Gas, Logistics and Hospitality.    

Successfully completed Associated CIPD requirements as well as MBA from Ahli University majoring in Business Administration. Mariam is a certified Psychometric Assessor and qualified to Level A and B of the British Psychology Society.

Throughout her experience, Mariam is highly successful in on-boarding programs, payroll, recruitment and implementing HR policies and procedures.
